Pouch wrap products are available in nonwoven or poly, and you can choose from multiple wrapping options. Apply colors and patterns to your products with our in-line multi-color flexographic printer. A high density core option is offered along with our Expandable Core Wrap.
The proprietary Turn And Pitch (TAP) unit turns a product and transfers it to a conveyor for pouch wrapping. This is done with one unit at high speeds, eliminating the need for two units and multiple hand-offs which could lead to registration or placement errors and product defects such as product edges or corners flipping back. In addition, our optional Double Pad Turner feeds two product streams into two stacking/bagging channels to remove the speed barrier associated with primary packaging.
