Today, Bikoma is known as JOA Europe and is composed of skilled technicians, engineers, and sales professionals who deliver same or next-day on-site service, rapid problem-solving, and efficient parts delivery. Meet Carsten Beck, JOA Europe’s Business Development Associate.
Carsten began his career with Bikoma in 2008 as a traveling process technician. When JOA acquired Bikoma in 2015, he was immediately impressed by the innovative machines and processes that JOA produced. “I admire JOA’s philosophy and commitment to building the best machines in the market,” said Carsten.
Thanks to his extensive experience with both Bikoma and JOA machines and processes, Carsten is uniquely equipped to understand customer pain points and design solutions to meet their needs. “I’ve traveled extensively, encountering different machines, philosophies, and solutions to the same problems. I enjoy listening to customer needs and thinking creatively to make things work for them.”
Carsten’s personal mantra is “Do your best every day.” This approach guides his actions and decisions, whether as a Business Development Associate at JOA, as a loving husband and father, or while pursuing his passion for building and renovation. Carsten enjoys channeling his creativity and skills into home renovation projects and spending quality time with his family when not at work.
