While many machine manufacturers outsource the production of their components to reduce plant costs, JOA has taken the opposite approach. For optimum control of costs, quality and delivery, our solution is to produce components in-house.

Our 60,000 square foot (5600 square meters) state-of-the-art machine shop increases our ability to respond to customer requests and allows us to support new and old systems with necessary component replacements. It also improves our flexibility and allows us to quickly implement equipment upgrades and improvements.

All shop transactions are monitored by a state-of-the-art shop floor data collection system, allowing parts to be quickly tracked throughout all stages of their manufacturing process.
Our well stocked inventory of raw materials, including CRS, HRS, stainless steel, aluminum and plastic, permits quick conversion to finished parts. A fully stocked tool room provides tooling and support throughout the manufacturing and assembly process.
