Mr. Joa’s philosophy was fueled by his goal — success — for his customers and his organization. He believed in building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

Today, in its third generation of family ownership, Curt G. Joa, Inc. is a much larger company, but our philosophy is unchanged. That’s why customers travel from all over the world to our offices in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin, where our modern plant has full manufacturing capabilities and occupies about 377,000 square feet (35,000 square meters), including two satellite assembly facilities for
special projects. JOA stands for success.
