Donald Lammers, President
Don joined the Company in 1972 taking on various responsibilities in engineering, operations management and sales. Don has an A.A.S. degree in Mechanical Technology from the Milwaukee Institute of Technology. In 1989 Don became General Manager, in 1990 he was appointed to the
Board of Directors and since 1999 he has served as the Company’s President.

Timothy J. Kenney, Vice President
Tim joined the JOA Company in 1976. He came to JOA after receiving a B.S. degree in Chemistry
from the University of Mississippi followed by an MBA from the University of Florida. He was appointed as a director of the company in 1980 and has served as Vice President since that time.

Michael J. Brookins, CFO
Mike joined the JOA Company in 2002. Prior to joining the company, Mike was employed by Pemco, Inc., a member of the Koerber Group, in various positions for 25 years. Mike attended the University
of North Dakota and graduated from Lakeland College with a BA in Accounting. Mike is a licensed CPA and serves on the Board of Directors as the Company Treasurer.

Gene E. Kiela II, Sales Manager
Gene E. Kiela II joined the Curt G. Joa Inc. company in 1979. Prior to joining the company Gene received a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. Gene is a grandson of the founder, Curt G. Joa, and as such has grown up in this closely held family business for most of his life. Gene began his career at JOA working in the Engineering Department and is currently the Sales Manager as well as a member of the Board of Directors where he serves as Corporate Secretary.

Gustav Schneider, Managing Director of the Curt G. JOA Europe GmbH
Gustav joined the JOA Company in 2003. Gustav came to JOA with 28 years of experience in the Hygiene Industry. Through his career he has held various positions in R&D, Sales and Management
of a Hygiene machinery supplier as well as serving as a member of the Board. Gustav’s educational background is in Mechanical Engineering.

Perry Handziak, Director of Engineering
Perry joined the company in 2004. Perry is a Licensed Professional Engineer with a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Prior to Joining the company Perry held positions in global engineering and manufacturing, major projects management, new product development and was the Director of Operations for a packaging company.

Greg Middlesworth, Manager of Operations
Greg joined the Curt G. Joa Inc. company in 1983. Prior to joining the company Greg received a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
Greg began his career working in various manufacturing positions from machinist, assembler, production scheduler, and buyer. In 1995 Greg was appointed to the position of Manufacturing
Manager and in 2003 Greg was named Manager of Operations.

Robert Andrews, R&D Manager
Rob joined the JOA Company in 1992. Rob is a licensed Professional Engineer and has held various positions in engineering and sales prior to serving as the Manager of the R&D Group. Rob holds a
B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine and an MBA from the University
of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Patricia Wagner, IT Manager
Pat joined the company in 1992. Pat brought more than 20 years of enterprise software development experience to her role as IT Manager. Pat has specialized experience in manufacturing and
engineering software.
